We continue to safely operate as an essential business under guidelines provided by the U.S Department of Homeland Security… “workers such as plumbers, exterminators and other service providers who provide services that are necessary to maintaining the safety, sanitation, and essential operation of residences”. During these uncertain times we are taking additional steps to ensure the safety of both our customers and employees, however our GOALS remain the same; to provide a top quality service to remove dirt, dust and allergens, improve the look of our customers home and improve the inside air quality for our customers. Continue reading for some of the new changes we will be implementing, effective immediately:  

• Protective Equipment and Precautionary Steps

All employees will continue to wear sterile, nitrile gloves on every job site. Employees will now be fitted with appropriate face masks (“PPE”) and shoe covers.  

• New Cleaning Agent

True Steam will now offer a new cleaning product to be used in carpet cleaning, rug cleaning, tile cleaning and more; an Antimicrobial Disinfectant, that meets the criteria of the EPA for use against Sars-CoV-2, the cause of COVID-19.  

• Equipment Disinfection and Limited Scheduling

After each job all equipment will be wiped down with an EPA approved Antimicrobial Disinfectant solution. All vehicle interiors are wiped down with disinfectants at the end of each work day to ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees. True Steam will only be accepting one customer per day, per van. This will allow us to focus on you, the customer and provide the best, safest work possible.
